CHILI CHICKEN FETTUCINI/SPAGHETTI

3-4 Cups Cooked MÁS CHICKEN

½ CUP CHOPPED ONION

2 TBSP. BUTTER

3 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

4 OZ (SMALL JAR) CHOPPED PIMENTOS

2 TBSP CHOPPED PEPPERS (I USE TORRIDO BRAND BANANA STYLE)

2-3 CUPS GRATED SHARP CHEESE (OR MORE)

1 ½ CUPS CHICKEN STOCK OR BROTH

12 OZ. COOKED SPAGHETTI OR FETTUCINNI (al dente)

Salt to taste and pepper as well if desired.

(You can add extra mushrooms if desired).

Saute onion in butter. Stir in soup, pimento & peppers. Add 1-1/2 Cups chicken stock/broth. Mix and heat.

Spray baking pan with vegetable oil.

Spoon some sauce in the bottom of pan to start.

Then layer the noodles, then chicken, then sauce, then cheese, finishing up with a layer of cheese.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 Min. +/- based on your oven til cheese bubbles.

KINGSTON DRUMSTICKS

Marinate overnight:

3 LBS. Chicken Drumsticks

2 tsp. Minced Garlic

¼ Cup Lime Juice

1 tsp. Allspice

1 tsp. Salt

(We marinate in a gallon zip lock bag so we can turn it several times over the marinating process).

Next day:

Coat Marinated Drumsticks with:

¾ Cup Flour

½ Cup Corn Meal

1 tsp. Allspice

1 tsp. Ground Red Pepper

1 tsp. Thyme

1 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Salt

Toss marinated drumsticks in Coating Mixture. Place on greased baking sheets.

Bake 40-45 Minutes @ 450 Degrees. Turn drumsticks over half way through cooking.

Cheri’s Constantly Evolving Meatloaf

1 lb. MÁS Ground Beef

1 Tube of MÁS Meat Pork Sausage

1 lb. of Bison or Ground Venison

3 eggs or Egg Beater Equivalent of a combo of both

1 small can tomato sauce

¼ Cup (+/-) Worschteshire Sauce

Sprinkle of herbs like Oregano and Rosemary or Pizza herbs

1-2 TBSP Kosher Salt or equivalent

1 TBSP coarse ground pepper

Onion Powder (equivalent of a large onion dose)

Garlic Powder (I use about 1 TBSP I’m guessing)

Oatmeal (enough to glue the mixture together)

Bake at 350-375 Degrees about 45 min.-hour or until done

Or Grill on smoker for same amount of time or until done

Meatloaf Sauce

1 small can tomato sauce

1 cup water

2 TBSP prepared mustard

1 TBSP vinegar (I use Balsamic)

2 TBSP brown sugar (I used Splenda or ½ &1/2 Splenda and Br. Sugar)

Combine and simmer until slightly thickened.
